Good morning,Thank you for returning our call yesterday. As you know when we spoke, I mentioned we had additional information and confirmed the customer I referred to in the first email actually bought a total of 3 pallets from the same load because he liked them so well. I will send pictures and his feedback also.I can also send ***’s initial contact with me after our sale that evening, if you think this would be beneficial as well.I am attaching screenshots of our *** questions when joining our group to show we have always stressed pallets of liquidation merchandise are bought “as is”. But, even with that we have always asked for feedback and have assisted many customers to recoup money with challenging pallets, but these instances are very minimal now, as we have learned more of this business. We started buying pallets of liquidation merchandise to run through our auction we previously had, so we knew how amazing these can be. This is how we decided to help others. Also as a child growing up, I loved yard sales, and finding treasures and sharing my “finds” with others! We are dedicated to helping others, and even post on our page that we are different than other pallet merchandise companies and we ask customers to ask us how. We try to meet each and every one of our customers and explain our processes to them in great detail. When I spoke with *** during the 12 minute conversation The day after his purchase he was very demanding and I reminded him purchases are “as is” and he stated he knew this but he still continued to be very disrespectful and verbally abusive and demanding. He threatened he would take pictures and post to his *** page about the broken stuff he got. I told him our reputation speaks for itself and we couldn’t be threatened like that. I explained to him if he just sold what he could, we could discuss helping him with his next pallet purchase, not because of his threats, but that we let God lead us to go over and above what other pallet companies do.He also neglected to mention in his complaint against us that he bought 2 pallets of merchandise from us. He had no complaints about the other one, and most of our feedback from customers is that they at least double their money.*** also stated when he called that he heard from someone else that we made it right when they had a “bad” pallet. I asked him who he was referring to, but he did not respond to this question. I had my granddaughter with me at the time, and she could hear him and how loud he was and could tell I was upset and started to get very upset herself.I explained this to him and at this point told him I would only continue our conversation this day if he was respectful. He agreed and I was also finally able to determine what pallets he bought. In his initial contact with me on my private *** messenger he confirmed he was the customer I spoke with who bought 2 pallets and a case. In our phone conversation I realized he was not, but had instead bought 2 pallets.We do our very best to meet the needs of our customers and drive 6/8 hours to liquidation companies to see what loads look like.
