MCA signed into a contract to install a sun room on October 20th, Do to the shortage of staffing at the San Bruno building
Department the permit was not approved until December 22nd The client was well aware and informed on what was going on the entire process, which in fact was a part ofAt the first inspection the inspector wanted additional information on the existing deck which again had to be re submitted to continueBecause these Sun rooms are custom, they are not ordered until permits are approved and in handThe manufacturer of the materials closed down their operation for the holidays which pushed the room delivery out until February 2nd, On February 3rd we started the installation of the roomThe roof did in fact leak do to the heavy rains and the roof not being fully completed and installed, it was still in process of being put onIt is now February 16th, the room is builtThe client supplied me with the finish flooring material selection on Thursday February 12th which is being picked up today, Monday February 16th and being installed today and tomorrowThe electrical will be completed this week also and the project will be 100% completed within a week window of deliveryMCA never does poor quality work
