would like. As stated in the complaint, I was engaged to provide tax services and the gentleman provided me with copies of his 2015 filings so that I could plan accordingly. We had met in late November. I provided him with a tax planning document in December and that point I was of the understanding that I would be completing his tax return when the filings could be completed in February or thereafter. He had left me a voicemail in January regarding providing payroll services. I do not provide payroll services and this was not a matter we had discussed when we met. Although I should have responded with a phone call to indicate that, I did not feel that I misrepresented anything or not follow-through on any services I was engaged to complete. He did call back requesting his information be returned. With my busy schedule at year-end I had not had a chance to do that yet, but that also should not have interfered with his ability to still complete everything in a timely and accurate fashion as you can see it was all resolved by February 13th. At no point did I receive any payments from the gentleman or had I requested any payments. Thank you, Louise A. [redacted], CPA
