We apologize for the frustrations of the issues that needed to be addressed.  We recognize that as a new homeowner, resolution of warranty items may not be as timely as desired.  However, we are grateful for the homeowner's acknowledgement that the issues were ultimately resolved, just as we strive to do for each of our new homeowners.
