CSC continues to bill us for Corporate registration services years after we terminated them and went to a competitor firm We have had no less than communications with them (email, letter, telephone) and they still haven't resolved Last year, we hired an attorney to handle this and CSC confirmed that they no longer represent us Yesterday, I received ANOTHER billing from CSC We now inform other businesses NOT to use CSC for registration services (and we never provide unsolicited advice to other companies for services - CSC is now the exception)

I work for an engineering firm that needed some help registering in several states. We chose this company because of their promises. It sounded like they would do exactly what we needed, and we would have one point of contact through the process. They started us on a "trial" period. We had several different people working on the 2 states we gave them to start us in. And nothing but problems. They constantly asked us for information we had provided multiple times. And then they would end up sending the forms to me to fill out. After paying several hundred dollars for them to do it. We were assured that if we left the trial period we would receive one point of contact who would handle all our transactions, so we took a leap of faith and fell flat on our faces. We have one "official" contact, but he is not our only contact. And after being with them for nearly 8 months they have only managed to register us in half the states we asked them to. Now I'm finding out I will need to follow up personally on the states that we have not heard from for months. Avoid this company. All of their promises are lies.
In response to the rebuttal, we are not associated with Mine Time, LLC except for acting as the agent. We cannot authorized or respond to any information regarding a refund. We can forward a SOP if the client wishes to initiate.
