On February 13, I paid to have dog watch install a underground fence on my property They were supposed to bury all the wire and connections However, they forgot to bury connections that caused me to have have line breaks whenever the yard was cut Even though the installer admitted this was their fault the company still charged me to come out and fix their mistakes each time The contract also said I would get free batteries for life Two years later they still haven't given me any batteries when asked And # - I paid for two dog collars that were fitted by their installers One of my dogs got out and did 1,damage to a neighbors dog The company admitted they gave me the wrong collar for my German Shepherd and replaced original collar but took no responsibility for giving me the incorrect collar While the concept of underground fence is good please understand this company is only interested in taking your money with poor customer service and horrible installation They also texted me after four line breakages in two years and said I should be happy that was only the number of breaks I had Other customers have much more

We just had a problem with our Russell Terrier running through the boundary after deer or other dogs They came out, adjusted the Terrier's collar and trained him at the new level Everything is wonderful

We had a dogwatch fence installed in July after we discovered the plans we had to install an aluminum fence had to be cancelled because of a zoning changeWe were not really enthusiastic about the underground concept because we had one that did not work well years agoWell, we were totally pleasantly surprised!
Installation was efficient and all FOUR of our dogs, of different breeds and ages, have stayed in the yard It is better than the aluminum fence because we do not have to trim it and our pups can patrol the squirrels in the front yard, as well as in the back
This has been a wonderful experience as it has made our lives easier and improved the quality of life for the dogsTheir customer service is dependable and easy to work withWe have been impressed with the technology of the equipment, ease of use, and the battery life of the collars
