We had a dogwatch fence installed in July after we discovered the plans we had to install an aluminum fence had to be cancelled because of a zoning changeWe were not really enthusiastic about the underground concept because we had one that did not work well years agoWell, we were totally pleasantly surprised! Installation was efficient and all FOUR of our dogs, of different breeds and ages, have stayed in the yard It is better than the aluminum fence because we do not have to trim it and our pups can patrol the squirrels in the front yard, as well as in the back This has been a wonderful experience as it has made our lives easier and improved the quality of life for the dogsTheir customer service is dependable and easy to work withWe have been impressed with the technology of the equipment, ease of use, and the battery life of the collars
I was skeptical of using this product vs standard chain link fenceAny concerns I had vanished after meeting their rep for a quoteHe was friendly and clearly a lover of animalsHe was knowledgeable about the product and answered my questions without hesitationThe installation took a very short time- and the yard looked untouched in some places (in case anyone is concerned about destruction to landscaping)The flags were placed and I was given instruction on training for the next few weeksFor reference, my dog is a month old Golden RetrieverAfter some initial instruction with the trainer, my dog was learning on the FIRST DAY I didn't fully unleash him for another week, but he has not once tried to cross the fenceI was worried that he would fear the space, but he has nearly an entire acre to roamThis product and their team and owners are top notchUpdate: I had an issue with the collar about months after install (my fault, not the product)I emailed the company and the owners were literally pulling into my driveway within an hour with a replacement partThey stand by their product even after the sale
Their pricing was fair (compared to the competition), and their customer service is superior Ryan & Amberly returned phone calls and showed up on time on both visits When they arrived to train us, and our dogs, I could tell that their dedication to our satisfaction was priority I am hard to please, and I am very satisfied with my purchase
I have only used them once but my experience was better that I I had hoped, we had an intermittent break in the line and Ryan was very methodical and located the breakHis wife was very personable and both were easy to talk toI would recommend them and we will use them again
I have enjoyed the Dogwatch system with my two small dogs on an acre lot and have not had any complaints regarding the system The only time I needed to call them was when one of my pets chewed the collar off of the other one but Dogwatch was quick to respond to my request for another one It has happened twice and I got same day service Now that is customer service Thanks Dogwatch, I recommend your system to anyone that asks
Dogwatch of Nashville installed my hidden fence over years agoI have loved the fence ever sinceOver the years I have needed to replace collars - which they replaced free of charge after sending the damaged one back, ordered replacement batteries, extra collars etcThey serviced my equipment after a house fireObviously they were the ones I called when I movedThey moved my existing equipment and rewired my new placeOn time, courteous, warmed up quickly with my Pitt Provided some excellent training tips And even more recently I've purchased the Big Lease remote trainerFast, friendly, professional Thank you guys for excellent service over these yearsReally do appreciate you guys!
