McAteer Excavation was hired by the neighbor behind me to remove a retaining wall and install a new one. They put up the new wall and removed some of the timbers from the old wall but they left the rest of them against my fence. We called Ryan (owner) several times and were told that they would be removed within a week so we could put back our fence that we had to take down. Every couple of weeks we call him and are always told the same thing. Because the timbers are pushing against our fence, we can't finish our fence or planting our garden. We didn't hire him but it's our yard that isn't finished because they have never come back. It has been over 8 weeks and the timbers are still here. This is the most unprofessional conduct we have ever experienced and he wasn't even our contractor.
Finish the job We would like the timbers removed so we can straighten the fence and replace the part we had to take down.

The A and the neighbors that we did the wall for have been in a in battle of whose fence is what and what property line is whose. We are Mcateer excavation did not get involved with anyone's property nor did we want to cause any problems. Mcateer excavation bettered their property value and the homeowner's property value. The A have a fence that is falling down and they want it fixed for free.

We have no issue with the neighbor except that she hired an incompetent contractor who has no respect other people's property. We don't want our fence replaced we only want them to remove All the landscaping timbers that they put against it. Our fence is not new but it was straight. If they remove the timbers then we can straighten our fence and finish our landscaping. We are not looking for anything but to have the ability to fix our fence ourselves once the timbers are removed. I have pictures but don't know were to attach them. I have proof that the neighbors don't get along with each other they complain about each other expenses and what not the lady above that we did the wall for and a big fence for complain that they were always complaining about her fence it's just an ongoing battle and now I'm in the middle. And somebody wants to wreck our reputation as a business because they want something done for free. We went above and beyond for the couple down there below we top fill their yard and whatnot we made it better than what they had before.

Tell him he wouldn't be in the middle of anything if he did his job correctly and didn't throw his timbers in the other neighbors yard instead of doing his job and clearing them away like he was paid to do. I want the timbers off of my fence. It shouldn't cost him anything since he was already paid to do a job that he clearly has not finished. This has been going on for several months and we are sick of it.
Also the A we're asking for the fence that we took down and I said you'd have to talk to your neighbor he was like no way we don't get along. One of my guys just went over there this morning and said the fence is so rotten they're just looking for something for free but he did take care of a 6in Timber that they said was pushing on their wall or fence that we didn't put there. I have proof of them not getting along with each other

It took his employee about 10 min to cut the timbers off the fence. Sorry to put the Revdex.com through this for a situation that was so easy to resolve. Thank you all for your help resolving this.
