We had a dogwatch fence installed in July after we discovered the plans we had to install an aluminum fence had to be cancelled because of a zoning change. We were not really enthusiastic about the underground concept because we had one that did not work well years ago. Well, we were totally pleasantly surprised!
Installation was efficient and all FOUR of our dogs, of different breeds and ages, have stayed in the yard. It is better than the aluminum fence because we do not have to trim it and our pups can patrol the squirrels in the front yard, as well as in the back.
This has been a wonderful experience as it has made our lives easier and improved the quality of life for the dogs. Their customer service is dependable and easy to work with. We have been impressed with the technology of the equipment, ease of use, and the battery life of the collars.

We just had a problem with our Russell Terrier running through the boundary after deer or other dogs. They came out, adjusted the Terrier's collar and trained him at the new level. Everything is wonderful.

I have only used them once but my experience was better that I I had hoped, we had an intermittent break in the line and Ryan was very methodical and located the break. His wife was very personable and both were easy to talk to. I would recommend them and we will use them again.

I was skeptical of using this product vs standard chain link fence. Any concerns I had vanished after meeting their rep for a quote. He was friendly and clearly a lover of animals. He was knowledgeable about the product and answered my questions without hesitation. The installation took a very short time- and the yard looked untouched in some places (in case anyone is concerned about destruction to landscaping). The flags were placed and I was given instruction on training for the next few weeks. For reference, my dog is a 15 month old Golden Retriever. After some initial instruction with the trainer, my dog was learning on the FIRST DAY. I didn't fully unleash him for another week, but he has not once tried to cross the fence. I was worried that he would fear the space, but he has nearly an entire acre to roam. This product and their team and owners are top notch. Update: I had an issue with the collar about 4 months after install (my fault, not the product). I emailed the company and the owners were literally pulling into my driveway within an hour with a replacement part. They stand by their product even after the sale.
Their pricing was fair (compared to the competition), and their customer service is superior. Ryan & Amberly returned phone calls and showed up on time on both visits. When they arrived to train us, and our dogs, I could tell that their dedication to our satisfaction was priority. I am hard to please, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

The only time I needed to call them was when one of my pets chewed the collar off of the other one but Dogwatch was quick to respond to my request for another one.
