Both my husband and I were patients at the clinic in Juneau, AK For the most part our experiences were great until we found out the business does not actually have Physical Therapist as advertised, or Occupational Therapists for that matter We did not find this out until services were completed To our dismay there does not appear to be any Physical or Occupational therapist at this location or the other locations in AK We reviewed the statements of services and then called our insurance company and to our dismay the codes billed under was for physical therapist or chiropractor provided (Doctor) For the visits and adjustments, the doctor did perform those services, however, the Manual Therapy, Electrical Stimulation, Ultrasound, Therapeutic Exercises, etcwere not performed by a licensed therapist and in lots of cases not the doctor In contacting my insurance company they stated that the company should provide those services as the associated bill codes were to be perform
