viewfinder assembly. Most of the contaminants seen through the viewfinder actually do not affect images in any way. In order to clean inside a viewfinder, the item would have to be sent to [redacted] full service center.When we clean a sensor, we take images before and after to show any particles on the sensor, and upon review of them, the sensors were both clean with the exception of one spot which is not removable with our equipment. We have been unable to re-examine the cameras in question as the customer does not live near any of our locations.
We believe we provided the service to the best of our abilities, and we are perfectly happy to provide a refund of $147.00 to the customer so that they may take the camera elsewhere to be cleaned.
