McBee Homes received the first notice of this issue through the Revdex.com We contacted Mrs [redacted] on 2-20-via phone about the complaintThe [redacted] 's closed on their home on 1/3/ We do show that we had received a warranty issue from the [redacted] 's in August that was completed in September We have no record of contacts from the [redacted] 's in January of In order to better server our customers we have asked the [redacted] 's for any copies of correspondence they received from our warranty email during the month of January, but have not received any We have also asked our IT company to research and confirm if there were any IT issues that prevented us from receiving her email To date we have no indication that there were any IT issuesWe have tested our system extensively to be sure that we are receiving warranty emails After speaking with Mrs [redacted] on 2-20-concerning the sheetrock crack it has been determined that the crack is substantially less than 1/8th of an inch and is not considered a warrantable item These guidelines for all warranty claims are provided to homeowners at closingWe have notified the [redacted] 's of the findings
