Andy [redacted] did a job for me in 2011 with a 5 year warranty on the work. After 4 years a small amount of the mortar on the chimney came out. After showing Andy what happend he told me that he would fix the problem. Its been about 2 months since I have heard from him, I had left him about 10 messages and he does not answer my phone calls any more.
