I am rejecting this response because: The Mc Bride Agency is responsible for taking my verbal cancelation and coordinating a refund with the insurance companyMcBride has not done thatMY auto policy kept taking out payments after I canceled on 1-8-17 with *** McbrideIt took weeks to refund. At this point it has been almost that months, and not only have I not gotten a refund, but the motorcycle policy is still taking out auto payments out of my checking account! ...for a total off monthly payments since cancelation! This needs to stop!

All the policies for [redacted] have been canceled and he has received 2 checks for the return premium and is waiting for 1 check for his motorcycle policy. It is the companies that send out the return premium  not the agency.   If you would like anything else please let me know....
