This business' response should not be well takenI am willing to waive any patient medical confidentiality and patient privacy act (HIPPA) in order that this business' tactics be revealed to the publicThe public should be aware of what this business did to me in order that the public be informed of how it conducts business and be able to make an educated decision as to whether or not it wants to be potentially subjected to the same type of conduct that this business put me through in unfairly taking my moneyI initially went to this dental office to be treated by Dr*** C***, II, for an abutment and crown, but when I came back for my next appointment I was told that Dr*** *** retired and that his daughter, *** would be doing my dental workDr*** *** never told me that he was going to retire and that he planned to pass me on to his daughter as a patientI only learned this when I came back for my next appointmentAfter taking my money I was told by Dr*** ***' daughter, *** that she was "not comfortable doing a type of dentistry" with which she is "unfamiliar", but nevertheless this business chose to keep my moneyHad this business told me from the outset that Dr*** *** was "not comfortable" doing the type of dentistry I desired, i.e., abutment work, and was "unfamiliar" with such type of treatment, I would have not agreed to let this business do any other ancillary work and would have used the money for another dentist who was capable of doing the work I wanted doneThis business should be ashamed of itselfDr*** C***, II, should have informed me that he was going to be retiring and not available to do my dental work and he should have not passed ** on as a patient to his daughter who was "not comfortable" and "unfamiliar" with the type of dental work I came in forThis business should be ashamed of itself
