my father's guardian and was selling his property because he is now in a nursing home. McBrides had taken the property on April 4, 2016. I finally found a phone number of a relative of McBrides and left a voicemail that if her mother, Mrs. McBride did not contact me and settle up that I would be contacting my attorney. Needless to say on Memorial Day, May 30th I received a phone call setting up a time today to get everything taken care of. I did receive the moneys due my father and wanted you to know that the problem has been taken care of. But don't be surprised if you don't receive complaints from others since their payout system is taking almost two months to settle up.
