I am rejecting this response because:Hello, I recently filed a complaint from a business for not completing a job and the business responded that they had set an appointment for the following day.  The business did not show up for the appointment or attempt to contact me but I had already accepted the response to the complaint.  The Complaint has now been marked resolved even though the resolution never took place. Is there any way to communicate this through my complaint or to reopen the complaint? Please let me know what I can do to get this resolved. Thank you, James [redacted]
