Customer issuing the complaint against Pristine Auto Group had received a loan from *** *** which we helped him obtain by our credit application dealer systemBeing that the customer had a contract with *** ***, the customer was responsible for making payments to ***
*** *** has strict policies with having first payment paid on time and as per them, customer failed to do soAccording to *** *** customer was more than two weeks late and tried making payment on the third weekBeing that the customer bought the car from us here at Pristine Auto Group, we tried helping them resolve this late payment with *** ***l but were told they would take the late payment over the phone but would not guarantee the servicing of the loanUpon later determination, *** decided to kickback the loan and demanded us Pristine Auto Group to buy it back for violation of first paymentMost of the down payment that was made was used for sales tax and dmv registration feesA storage fee was applied to this customer because they failed to pickup the vehicle in a timely manner as to when they said they would pick it upThe remainder of this customers deposit is not applicable for a refund being that the customer failed to meet his payment duty to the financial company, which in turn would result in a repossession and a loss of anything the customer depositedAs a company in good faith we are willing to give a 500$ store credit towards the purchase of any other vehicle with no expiration dateAs part of the return on this vehicle the customer originally had, we tried putting the customer into another loan with a different financial institution so he wouldn't be at a loss but since his first payment default occurred, the derogatory on his credit resulted in several denials from other financial institutions and customer had no way of paying the full amount of that was demanded to be paid by *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
The Dealership isn’t being truthful in this response! There was no late payment in this scam and in their admitting a payment was made within the time! There was a storage fee charged on top of the $that I paid out of pocket! We were out of town and I touch with Pristine’s Saulo the whole time! *** *** *** kicked back the loan to this car lot because of their practices not any wrong doing of this consumer! We made payment and they kicked the loan back within daysI have a letter from *** *** as well as a voided down payment check that Pristine Auto Group wouldn’t take because they wanted cash! I should’ve known then! A credit for $to their lot is not acceptable and a full refund is warranted! I also have two different vehicle purchase papers signed by Owner with two different prices that will dispute the Taxes and DMV fee’s! As well as the payment that was made to *** *** *** that was supposed to be returned to me per *** because they decided not to service the loan after days! Pristine Auto Group has been dishonest in this whole purchase and we do not want to continue any business with them Just our refund They have ran my credit over times damaging my credit also.

Complaint: [redacted] This is in reply to the customers response to our initial reply on first complaint. The customer was late on their first payment to [redacted] services who is the lender that initiated a loan to the customer for the vehicle. As per their policy and contract that was signed by the customer, [redacted] no longer wanted to service the loan for them and initiated a buyback from the dealership which resulted in the customer bringing back the vehicle or a repo would have been issued. The customer was compliant with bringing the car back and allowing us to try and get another lender to buy out the contract. The customer gave us permission to run their credit again since they understood that in order to salvage this deal another loan company had to buy it out or the customer would of had to pay off the remaining balance due which they said was not an option for them. Unfortunately due to the derogatory that was placed on the customers credit due to failure of payment to [redacted] no other lender was willing to take on the risk of taking them on as a client. In response to the storage fee complaint, the customer was responsible for picking up their vehicle within a timely manner after almost 3 weeks of us letting the car sit here we issued a legal text stating the customer would have to pay a daily storage fee from that day forward which accumulated to almost another 2 1/2 weeks. In response to the customers complaint about a check deposit, the customer tried to leave a deposit with a personal check , as per our dealership policy we told the customer only a certified bank check or cash would be accepted for the deposit which then the customer willingly said they would bring cash then. We understand the customer is frustrated with this whole situation but the customer did not comply 100% with his responsibilities to the lender or the dealership in making this a smooth transaction. We have supporting documents stating all legal paperwork from the dealership and all legal paperwork from [redacted]l to support all responses made by us.
