This account was placed with us in Nov, 2009,after the complaintaint was evicted from the complex for non pay on 3-23-09.All info matches her persOn ( social security #, birth date,previous addresses.)
We do not agree with her complaint...
due to the information we have, but since she lives in Texas, a no debt stAte, we have removed this from her credit report, Control # [redacted].
Although we did this, we cannot remove the eviction acton from the court records. She must cntact the courts for that.

I would like to bring it to your attention MCC group inc.is a general collection agency and do not purchase accounts. This account was not sold to us.
This account was initially placed with us and a letter was sent to [redacted] on...
8/3/2011. She never contacted us.After 60 days the account was marked as welfare pursuant to the information we had and the account was placed on her credit bureau.
Not until March 10th 2014 did [redacted] contact us wanting to pay. Two days later,on March 12th 2014 she contacted us saying she did not want to pay and she would wait seveen years to have this debt fall off her credit bureau report.
On March 13th 2014 she called us back to pay with her credit card. At that time I submitted a removel request to the credit bureau and gave her a removal control number. It is up to the credit bureau how soon they have it removed.Once we submitt a removal it is out of our hands.
