Deficient job and lack of notificationI ordered aeration service for my lawn. I asked the contractor to notify me when the job will be done so that some can supervise the job completion. That did not happen. Contractor showed up unannounced did job very poorly and left swaths of lawn untreated. I notified the contractor of the deficiency and the response was that this was normal!Desired Settlement$150Business Response This job was done over a year ago XXXX XXXX was the original bill date. I do not remember if he said he wanted to be home for aerating. This was the second job we did for him and we did accomidate his request for that on the first, which was a small retaining wall. When he called about areas not being done I recall, (again a year ago so), him saying there were areas not done. Not large swaths, but areas. I mentioned that not every bit has to be done to be effective. I do not ever remember talking again. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I am not sure I still have the estimate but I may have a copy of the check I paid for service. Will send you email.Final Business Response This is the first I have heard that Mr. [redacted] had brought in someone else. If he can produce a copy of the bill, I will credit my invoice and he will owe nothing. He can send to my email or thru regular delivery.
