I did this job on the side, not as part of my businessIn addition, the consumer asked me to install a transmission they bought from a junkyardThe transmission was inoperableUpon completion, the consumers were unhappy with the results

Dear *** ,if you would like I can bring you an expert witness forward to ensure you that no car from the factory has the vin.number imprinted on it These allegations are lies and be for you publish things I would appreciate you research them the number in the pictures that she has provided you with is an identifieg mark to describe the transmission type not that it goes to a particular vehicle it tells mechanics what type of car the transmission is capable of bed g installed and what parts in requires . She says it matches her vin please provide me proof with the last of the vin in order to match my records of her vin #

[redacted] had informed us before installing the transmission that the original factory Transmission was still in the vehicle and had never been replaced and also informed us that the yellow initials TC was on the transmission still, and that it was their markings and they saw someone tried to scrape it off. It left yellow chips all over the transmission. They informed us they use that yellow market as a theft deterrent because it makes a mess to remove. They said to me I had been scammed. No one had replaced the transmission and they also stole the converter off the the transmission. On 2-14-2018 [redacted] had installed the transmission that we had bought for McCabe Auto to replace successfully and now it shifts in all gears and runs great. We have witnesses we have paperwork and pictures to prove everything we are claiming and have given Revdex.com the proof of our claims. We will not give up until you are held 100% accountable. I also have opened a case on McCabes Auto Repair with the Ohio attorney general and he refused to give them a response. I gave a copy of his fake claim against Cain's Auto Inc from the Revdex.com about a bad car he claimed we sold him to the Ohio attorney general. We are not making up false complaint s or reviews about McCabe but we do know who is making a claim against him. This person has contacted me to let I'm not the only that got ripped off in the short time that you have been in business. This person also has a Revdex.com claim against McCabes Auto, and is also opening a case with Ohio attorney general. It is not me as McCabe is claiming. All I say is true. I do not want this man to scam one more person. Money is not earned easy and he is steeling money from hard working honest people with families.
