Review: I ordered a custom leather holster on 12/14/15. They said it would be shipped by February 2016. It is now 7/23/16 and I have not received the holster and they will not respond to my calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: Ordered custom leather holster on 08/29/14. Paid $100 via PayPal. Money paid on that date.Waited 8 weeks and called for update, no answer. Left message. Sent email same day.Since October 8th I have left 8 voice mails and sent 4 emails. PayPal has sent 2 emails concerning the issue. They too have recieved No response. PayPal can't refund because it is past their 45 day rule. It has now been 14 weeks and I can't get any response.Desired Settlement: I want the product. If it is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances I understand, all I want is an acknowledgement. A refund is acceptable.

Review: I have a problem with a business in your area (Altoona, PA). I ordered a leather holster from McCabe Custom leather on March 7th, 2014. I ordered what was advertised on their website as "Ready To Ship", "Will Ship Within 48 Hours". I never received my order. I have called dozens of times, and sent many emails, especially during the past few months. They will not answer the phone, return a phone call, answer an email or anything. I know I'm not the only person having a problem with this business. I am frustrated with them, and at this point, 25 weeks later, I feel as though I have been swindled. I am considering reporting them for internet fraud. If they were out of "Ready To Ship" items, then a email or a phone call should have been in order to explain and to either made arrangements to refund my money, or to make arrangements for a custom order. They have had multiple opportunities for communication wit me (and other upset customers). I could understand most reasons for a delay, probably not 6 months, if they would have communicated with me. I'm angry that they have apparently stolen from me. Any communication would be appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would either like my order filled, or at least some communication regarding the issue with filling my order. if that is not possible please refund my money.

Review: I ordered a custom pistol holster from this company on July 23rd, using their online order form. The turn around time for my product was estimated at 8-10 weeks from time of order. Payment was required at time of ordering, Today is now week 14 and I cannot get any contact or reassurance from this company. They will not return my e-mails, and there business phone gets picked up by a voicemail requesting I leave a message and await a return phone call. I have emailed as well as left 3 voicemails over the past 4 weeks and have not gotten a return call yet. I am now a month past my delivery date and cannot get any contact from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like The Revdex.com to contact this company and require them to contact me with the news of order status.

Took a pair of boots to this business on 10/30/15. Worst mistake of my life!!! The told me my boors would be ready in in approximately two weeks and they would call when done. Call never made. Upon visit to business told they were not done and would call when done. No date given. Made another trip to Altoona from Johnstown one month later after no messages returned and told they would not be done before Christmas but would call the week after Christmas when they were done. No calls received from business. Beginning of January made another trip to Altoona, spoke with owner who said they would be definitely ready in two weeks. No phone calls made to consumer and messages left unreturned. Another trip to Altoona, told me they would be done by January 15th. I asked the owners wife, Katie, if they were started because I was going to take them and she stated "Yes." January 27th call placed to business with no return call. Left message again on January 28th with no return call. Made the final trip to Altoona on January 30, THREE MONTHS after dropping off the boots and asked if they were done. She checked with her husband and said that the boots weren't ready and they would be done by Tuesday. I asked if the boots were started and she stated "NO". I asked for my boots and left the store.

CONSUMER BEWARE; AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

Also just for the record, I took my boots to a repair shop in Greensburg PA. Dropped off on a Saturday and they were done the following Thursday at half the cost!!!!

Review: I ordered shoes from a shoe store and when they came in they took them to the repair shop to have the sole built up and when I took them to have my mom we discovered that they built up the wrong shoe, I phoned them to let them know what happened and now the wife is trying to say that I told her in a phone conversation that we had after she received the shoes, and told her that I was at work when I received that phone call so I would have never told her which foot it was cause I would have never remembered. I had taken a pair of shoes that my mother already owned over for her to measure the build up sole and asked her if she needed to write anything down after she measured it so they would know which one to do and she told me know. Now they will not honor the mistake they made because she is saying that I told her which shoe it was (which I again told her I would have never told her that because I never paid attention to which shoe it was, so why would I tell her that when I didn't know)Desired Settlement: I want them to fix their mistake and remove the build up on the wrong shoe and build up the one that needs built up

Review: I placed an order with McCabe's custom leather for a holster Item # [redacted] on Dec. 7th of 2013. The money, $107.50 was taken out of my account that day through Pay Pal. Transaction # [redacted]. I still have not received it! I have called numerous times and left messages asking about my order but they have never returned my calls.Desired Settlement: I either want my money back or the holster that I ordered within a reasonable time frame. I feel that 52 weeks of waiting is long enough!
