I asked to speak to a manager when I picked it up the girl got smart with me and said too bad you are going to have to pay for it because no manager is available.  Then call them tomorrow and dispute the charges.
George black maled me then the service was not done.  I never had any problems with my power steering hose.
McCafferty Ford is took advantage of me!!!  I never approved that charge!!!!  I only disputed it the way that their employee told me to dispute it.  No she was not a manager but she stated there was no manager available.

[redacted] ID # [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted],in response to the complaint Ms. [redacted] filed with the Revdex.com. According to our ASM George H[redacted] Ms. [redacted] approved all of the repairs recommended. At the time Ms. [redacted] came to pick up her vehicle someone from the service department...

would have explained in detail the work that was performed on her vehicle and the charges for the work performed. Ms. [redacted] paid the bill with a credit card signed the paperwork and then left with her vehicle. At this time Ms. [redacted] didn’t mention that we had performed work that she hadn’t authorized. We feel that if Ms. [redacted] hadn’t authorized the repairs to her vehicle she would have let us know the day she picked up her vehicle. On December 1, 2014 she disputed $470.93 of a $892.26 bill with her credit card provider saying that she had never signed our repair order nor had she signed the credit card slip. I am enclosing copies of the Credit card dispute. We sent documentation to the credit card company and they judged in favor of McCafferty Ford.
Sincerely,
Donna A. M[redacted] Customer Relations Manager

Hello My name is Joe and My fiance and myself had purchased 4 new vehicles from McCafferty Kia in the past and we figured since we have given so much business to them that maybe we would get a fair and honest deal this time so I made the call and got an Appt also immediately received a few emails saying hello my name is So so and I am the sales manager and if you have any questions or concerns please call me ..so we made the appt and were introduced to Andrew a brand new associate with very little experience as we found through his own statements well I had gone to Dan the previous salesman we dealt with and asked about Andrew He told me that this young man was his mini me and all would be fine, well it was far from fine while we were trying to save every dime possible to obtain a reasonable monthly payment it became a nightmare back and forth game and I was suffering with gall bladder attacks at this time and had mentioned it repeatedly and had asked a few times that maybe it would be better if we came back tomorrow because of my discomfort ,and what I forgot to mention is we had 2 Kia Souls to trade in so Andrew had our keys and our registrations ..I had asked for these back at one point because I wanted to leave and felt pressured because he would start the sales pitch on Amy as soon as I went outside or got up to walk around, anyway we finally after much frustration said ok to this price so Andrew went in with Dan ..then came back out and told us he had to get some coating on the cars and the would be ready shortly so we asked if this was included and were told by him that yes it is included with purchase so after finally being pushy because of the amount of pain I was in he said a few more minutes Dan would be over to do paper work and by then the cars would be ready, well Dan came out and we were going over the paper work and we noticed on each car there was a $299.00 charge which would be part of the financing so I said I thought this was included in the price and he says ..It is ..I say why are we paying for it if it's included and he says back "it's only a couple dollars more!" I said money I don't have and the whole time we were trying to keep payment down these thieves were putting things on that we never asked for nor agreed upon..so After we finally get out of there I get home to get pain relief and look over the cars 2 kia sportages 2016 and the one has so many blemishes on the hood it through me for aloop I was angry as not only did we not want this but it was crewed up..then the other car ..well antennae broke right off...so to say the least I called Andrew and told him the issues and he said he would like to come to my house to look at the antennae and the hood so I agreed..he could not do anything in the moment but said he would schedule appt's to repair and that they would drill out the broken antennae from white Kia I told him it's brand new I would like a new antennae but settled on just getting it repaired finally after a couple conversations with him and Dan..all told I've been to Mcafferty Kia maybe 4-5 times already and now after trying to wash the white kia I find all these brownish black marks which seem to be in the clear coat that was put on..I called McCafferty's pretty upset and asked for a manager specifically Gerald or Brenda and was told they were busy and I would be put to voice mail of which I still don't know ..but again I never spoke to either one ..A woman called back sometime later and said she was a customer relations person returning my call and I will return the call today but this is not the first time I asked to speak with a manager and was always called back by Dan or Andrew and this was somewhat due to Joe who is the online manager who also got very rude and nasty on the phone after I mentioned about Andrew..he says Oh he is a good kid blah blah blah...so all in all I believe I will hire an attorney and will surely go to attorney general for bad business practices and will never recommend them to anyone ever !!!!!!Iwill say the service dept was ok with me with the exception of telling me it would take hours to replace the antennae which caused me to drop off car and have no ride all night and to be inconvenienced with a shuttle ride only to find it was one hour and I could have kept other previous appt which I was willing to wait for but was told it would take several hours?....lol....So So Sad after repeated business with them and they shuffle us with an inexperienced sales person and then rip us off ..by the way we were told by Dan after really being called liars that we either could get entire amount for coating taken off and no warranty for a product they already installed and that would void dealer warranty on paint ..or we could pay $100.00per car and keep 5 year warranty ..again scammed without a way out ..what option would we have if something happened to paint etc...they voided our warranty by putting this crap on our car in the 1st place..I guess we will see if we ever get to speak to a real manager?.BUYER BEWARE...
