I am rejecting this response because:  The stucco was never painted.  The landscape happens to be a concrete sidewalk and not dirt.  What you see in the picture does not have dirt against the wall. Very poor stucco job as explained to me by three stucco experts. To include an insurance inspector! Chris P[redacted] did wait until the warrant;y expired to make sure he did not have to repair it. I spoke to him personally at least three times and set up dates which he did not keep. Nothing was ever explained or talked about the two year warranty, in word or paper.  Eventually avoiding my calls and emails. Last time I spoke with him he said "There is no money in stucco."  I also know of two other customers here in Bernalillo that he has not gone back to fix their problem. So this has happened before.  He also promised to go take a look at them and has not yet. Pulling the same trick so that the warranty will expire. I also know that he was having problems with help he has or had hired.  The other customers walls have large cracks on the stucco. Still no action for  those other customers. I believe that they will not fix those problems either.  At the least I want as many people to know the the work done by L&M Window Glass & Doors  is very poor quality at best. I have never had so many problems with other contractors as with L&M Window Glass & Doors .

I am rejecting this response because:  The stucco I had on the house and garage before lasted 17 years, and did not look as bad as these pictures attached.  The proper materials were not used. I spoke to two other contractors including my insurance investigator and they said the adhesive was not added to the stucco, that was why your stucco work was crumbling off the wall so soon. The amount applied was so thin you could see the old stucco. This stucco only lasted about  three years before starting to look like a disaster. Your quality of work was horrible.
