Review: Purchased home from [redacted]s in Sept. 2013 - purchase price included landscaping, sprinkler system, and fencing. First, promised completion Oct. 2013, since that time more than one dozen promised finished dates have been scheduled, and company failed to meet promised deadlines. [redacted]s has proceeded to finish other homes that were built as much as eight months after my home. Have contacted owners repeatedly, continually promised finish dates - as of July 18, 2014, still zero progress. Incredibly frustrating, company has failed to deliver on their promises multiple times, providing no explanation, or alternate dates until contacted again.Desired Settlement: Finish the landscaping, fencing and sprinklers as paid for on Sept. 2013.
