Horrible service, called on 5/9/to file a claim for my damaged phoneCalled around 8:pm and filed my claim, the call got disconnected so I called back in got a new representative they try to file a new claim but I told them I already had one started and needed to pay they did they then proceeded to place me on hold and then cold transferred me without notification to *** customer service once I was transferred I had to wait on hold and was told by a *** representative that I should not have been transferred I was transferred back to Assurant and told the new a representative what is going on and migration and I was hung up on I then called back into Assurant once again and this time a representative picked up the line immediately spoke and told me that their system is down and to call back and one or two hours without allowing me to speak and disconnected I called back once again and spoke with another representative and ask for a supervisor when I spoke with the supervisor and complained they could not do anything about my complaint are they said they could not look at calls or pull calls and told me basically they could do nothing for my complaint I've been asked to speak with a manager by this time it's already 10:p.mand my daughter has fallen asleep without her bedtime story because I have been on the phone for almost two hoursThe supervisors name was Gavin ***He was not a leader and acted as another representativeThe manager, Robert , ***You cannot tell me I spoke with previous, which seems ridiculous, the leadership has no authority level and cannot resolve customer complaints so what is the point of having any supervisors or managers available for customers to speak with?
Received tmobile refurbished phone fixed by Assurant Solutions and refurbished phone has same issue as previous phone
Purchased Sin September Received refurbished phone in August By January refurbished phone giving same error on a phone that was supposedly fixed
