This is about the campus located in the Dickson City area, but probably applies to all locations This school employs incompetent people who submit paperwork incorrectly, don't know the answers to questions and who go out of their way to exclude parents in the process To this day, I do not know how much a semester costs I was brushed off repeatedly and told it would be discussed further The school never contacted me and went directly through my minor daughter, who was at the time and had no knowledge of the procedures involved in the financial aid process The financial aid person at this campus could never be found, was never at her desk and most of the time, other staff members didn't know if she was even in the building! My daughter attended classes from July 18th all the way through to Sept and still the financial aid application was not completed (the semester was over the end of september) I would think that it's the job of this financial aid person to oversee the process if it wasn't completed and make sure the funds were there even before a student started school! It is at reputable schools It should be noted that my daughter made numerous attempts (about or times) to complete the application, but either the system was down or she'd get disconnected at the very end of the call After my daughter received a bill for $b/c they claim the process was never completed, I emailed and requested to speak to the financial aid person directly She never responded to me once I indicated I wanted to actually speak to her by phone It should be noted that also the letter she sent about the bill included a phone number that wasn't even her number or to that campus! My daughter stopped at the campus several times and again, this person was either not in or no one could find her I called an left a message for the director of education and he never returned my call I called the corporate office to file a complaint and was told it would be forwarded to the Dickson City campus and to this day, STILL no one has called me back So parents beware This school and it's employees are shady They seem to only want to deal with minors directly who are not knowledgeable about the different processes and procedures to attend school I believe they reel unaware students in and then hit them with a big bill at the end They then try to bully and scare them into paying it

I was a student with McCann School of Business Pottsville from 2007 to 2012, being of a year or two duento family loss however, I went for Medical Assisting was at my externship and two physicians offices let me go due to my health issues. I have psoriasis under my fingernails and well basically patients complained. Instead of McCann trying to hlp me keep these externs they decided oh well MA is not going to work so then they put me into Medical Office at that time I also was on my extern and well the site had to let me go because they could not fulfill my hours so I was put within the school to do my hours. I am sorry but doing Medical Office externships in the school does not help me in the field. No I did not make a complaint against the school due to being to afraid to take on a company. I was always told most of the time the companies won so I left it go but since I did it has been weighing heavily on my mind. So I did not graduate and have tons of debt so I wanna say Thank-you for nothing McCann
