closing this case: January 13, 2017 Dear *** ***, We have reviewed your recent complaint regarding a hotel booking transaction Aspire Lifestyles customer service group has reviewed this matter and confirmed that you have been provided with a full refund for the duplicative charge. While we regret that you experienced this issue, we would like to note that Aspire Lifestyles worked diligently with you and the Credit Card issuer to resolve this matter as quickly as possible In order to address your concerns regarding the pace of the complaint resolution process, Aspire Lifestyles Service Delivery Team has further reviewed our complaint resolution protocol to ensure that such complaints are handled in an expedited and efficient mannerTo that end, our Service Delivery Team has worked to institute additional protocols so that this type of incident does not happen in the future. We, at Aspire Lifestyles, take great pride in providing excellent care to our customers and this incident, though rare, should not have occurred. I am sorry for the confusion in regards to this matterWhen the customer inquired about the fees I told him I would charge him $cashHe agreed on that and we did the jumpstartI was informed about the insurance company paying $for the call and did take that into consideration with the
pricingWhen the customer was not able to pay cash the price now had to include our standard 20% service fee because we get charged for using our credit card systemThat is where the additional $came from. As far as being reimbursed for payments received from the insurance company, we did our regular billing at our rates which are $a mile round trip and $for the jumpstartThe total miles were That comes to $plus $65, for a total of $Technically we lost money on this tow, but we wanted to help the customer and did not want to charge him anymore We have tried contacting the customer to offer him a free room and dinner at the local resort to try to make him happy, but he has not responded to our call.Thank you for your time
