*** of Richey Construction failed to deliver the product paid forI had contracted *** *** to pour a circular concrete slab to include integral brown color on FebJob was to begin on Monday Feb5thSlab finally poured the beginning of March after numerous phone messages and texts leftWhen the concrete pouring began, I immediately ran outside to say “this concrete is supposed to have color” as it was coming out of the truck grey*** assured me “it has color”, stated it will show once the concrete setsShould have listened to my instinctWell it dried just like grey concreteSince I had also requested a stamp in the concrete a releasing agent was used with a small amount of colorSince the sides of the concrete, the chunks of concrete and most of the top of the slab (where the releasing agent was missing) was all grey I informed *** the color was not put inHe again stated it was and it will show up once the concrete is sealed in a monthFinally April 24t
