Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The workmanship and the materials were very poor The owner of the company that was contracted by The McCarthy corp Andre's Hardwood came out in February and looked at the work and acknowledged that the work on the floor was very poorly repaired and it needed to be corrected in his words "this is my work and I will stand behind it and get it fixed." He was going to talk to the McCarthy corp and figure out how that was going to happen as the work was contracted thru them by the realtor No one has ever contacted me since I spoke to Rob M [redacted] weeks ago and he said he would speak with the flooring company and I have yet to hear back from him He also said he would come out to look at the floor and has not called me back The floor is cracked, it pops when you walk on it, it has separated and there is filler that has dried up and now shows major separation This is only in the new section of flooring that they installed and no where else The response from the McCarthy Corp is only information about the initial repair job They have not acknowledged or tried to fix the problem They have not never made any attempt to rectify the situation or even acknowledge the that there is a problem with the work they were contracted to fix I don't think I have been unreasonable in my request to have them look at the floor especially since the hardwood company has admitted the work was extremely subpar and should be fixed Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com, I am not sure on all the dates but the general time line here was this Home was under contract with and dishwasher failed and flooded the home ServPro was hired as the restoration company Agent Todd C [redacted] contacted us to estimate repairs of wood floor and drywall in basement Upon ServPro’s completion of dry out We began repairs and completed in a timely manner to specifications and was signed off by all involved The wood ordered was as close a match as we could find It was special ordered on rush in effort to meet deadlines Again this was all approved at the time Rob M [redacted] McCarthy Corporation
