To whom it may concernI just read the complaint and let me say thisFirst of all I did call her back months ago when she first calledI explained to her that we had a house fire Jan 2nd and I was not doing any of my work until I got my family back homeFurther more I told her there was NO-GUARANTEE on the work in the first place because I NEVER guarantee ANY-REPAIR WORK,there is a reason for that cause the Custermore may not have the Funds TO DO THE PROPER JOBAnd I told her we had a very bad winter and lots of things could of Flaked the joints,ie freeze and thaw cycle,using rock salt,ice ect ectYes its very UNFORTUNATE that out of sooooo many Jobs I do once in a while I get a Custermore who CHOOSES to take the CHEAPEST way to do a Job and now why should I have to pay for HER-MISTAKE in CHOOSING to not have a TOTAL-REBUILDI understand if they do not have the Funds to do the CORRECT JOB in the first placeyes im very PROUD of my rating but what I dont like and DONT THINK ITS FAIR AT ALL is no matter if someone COMPLAINS even though its NOT-SUBSTANTIATED I am SUBJECT to a Loss in my Rating and this is t VERY-UNFAIR to me and I REGRET that if my rating goes down because of HER DECISION to get that Job REPAIRED and NOT REBUILT then please take me off of the B.B.BAnd who are these so called Contractors who said my work was SHOTTY ???? no names or nothing in writing so I can CROSS EXAMINE THEM ????? do you think thats fair to me ???? And were they there when I EXPLAINED to her that a REPAIR was NOT THE WAY TO GO ???? Like I said there is a REASON she CANNOT SHOW U A WRITTEN GUARANTEE on that job cause THERE WAS NONEThk you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was sympathetic to Mr McCarthy's alleged fire at home and gave him months to respond.When he came to my house initially he gave me one price and one plan for the repair.He never mentioned rebuild or anything else and never mentioned this would be the cheapest alternative because it was the one and only thing he suggestedTo me $is not cheap for the shoddy repair work he didHe never said upfront that his work was not guaranteed.He should not be highly rated by the Revdex.com because he does poor work, has a poor attitude and then argues the point when the customer complains about the workI am disgusted with his responseRegards, *** ***
