NO-GUARANTEE on the work in the first place because I NEVER guarantee ANY-REPAIR WORK,there is a reason for that cause the Custermore may not have the Funds TO DO THE PROPER JOB. And I told her we had a very bad winter and lots of things could of Flaked the joints,ie freeze and thaw cycle,using rock salt,ice ect ect. Yes its very UNFORTUNATE that out of sooooo many Jobs I do once in a while I get a Custermore who CHOOSES to take the CHEAPEST way to do a Job and now why should I have to pay for HER-MISTAKE in CHOOSING to not have a TOTAL-REBUILD. I understand if they do not have the Funds to do the CORRECT JOB in the first place. yes im very PROUD of my rating but what I dont like and DONT THINK ITS FAIR AT ALL is no matter if someone COMPLAINS even though its NOT-SUBSTANTIATED I am SUBJECT to a Loss in my Rating and this is t VERY-UNFAIR to me and I REGRET that if my rating goes down because of HER DECISION to get that Job REPAIRED and NOT REBUILT then please take me off of the B.B.B. And who are these so called Contractors who said my work was SHOTTY ???? no names or nothing in writing so I can CROSS EXAMINE THEM ????? do you think thats fair to me ????
