ok *** contacted me saying it was time for a tank swap there words, at the time of 10yrs. they do this,we rent the tank yrly for 144.00. so I called there office, and asked the girl will there be a charge for this, she told me yes, they hire a contractor to do an inspection of the tank hookup and our wall furnace, 150.00 inspection fee.they put new tank and contractor did his inspection all of 15 to 20 min the contractor that is, he told me if I call him for a problem with wall furnace his rate is $110.00per hour. that was sept3/2019, one week later I received a bill from ***. $248.60, 28.60 of that total being gst/hst.I will never be good with this price gouging here's why.ok contractor told me he drove from *** just over an hour drive, like I said he charges $110.00hr.next, girl in office, *** told me $150.00, she did not say around, she said $150.00 and that's the amount my wife took out from bank, not knowing I was not paying contractor, I was being billed by *** if *** or contractor thinks im paying $100.00 gas money for contractor to drive here for that inspection, just over an hours drive. it aint happening. that's why im contacting you ppl at Revdex.com, I hope you can b of help to little guy!

On Feb. 3rd 2018 I called to have my propane tanks filled. My tanks ran out in the middle of the night. *** advised me that because I was a renter I was not a priority and I would not be getting my tanks filled. He had 10 automatic top ups to do in ***. He advised me that I would have to call on Monday to make arrangements. I have a credit card and have owe nothing to them. I also cannot get on an automatic top up with them as I am a renter. They have refused to set up credit with me because I am a renter. So with that they have denied me service and credit. ***. Credit is not an issue. *** . They falsely advertise that they offer 24 hour service which is incorrect. They only offer that to home owners. That is leaving me without sufficient heat for 2-3 days minimum which can result in pipes freezing. The temperature Feb. 3 morning was minus 24. Damage will affect the homeowner.
