McCarthy's San Luis Obispo

Very good experience with this dealer. Found them on Facebook. I read a few of their reviews on Facebook and was impressed with this dealership. Talked to me rather than at me. I look forward to buying from these guys again.

Review: We bought a mini van at McCarthys in February 2014. Months later we still have yet to receive title and registration. Went to the DMV in San Luis Obispo and was told the dealership had not yet sent in the paperwork.In June we decided to sell the vehicle. Went back to the DMV. They said the paperwork was just file on June 5th and their is a lien on the title.We call the dealership and spoke with Chris the manager. After looking into the situation he got back to us and said with authority "there is no lien, we have file a lien release". That statement insinuates a lien. He told us there is no issue and we should be receiving our tags in a few days.Not to take his word for it we drive to the DMV the next day and are told again that there is in fact a lien on the vehicle. We drive immediately to the dealership and let them know we are returning the car and want our money back. We don't have title, we cant sell it, it was sold to us fraudulently. The manager Chris said they would not take the car back, but offered to buy it back from us for $3500. We paid over $6000 6 months ago. They want to make more money off of us for something we have no control over. This car never should have been sold to us to begin with.Desired Settlement: We want to return this vehicle and get a full refund. We do not have clean title and cannot sell it. The vehicle never should have been sold to us to begin with.
