Bought a Robocut sometime in November Did not work well for me as the unit was too loud and had too much suction to be used to cut pet hair, which is why I bought it It sucked up the skin with the hair and jammed numerous times hurting my small lb dog Called and discussed with guy on their customer service number and he tried to convince me maybe I was not using properly....discouraging me returning it...but I told him I was going to return it for a full refund per their policy I shipped it Fed Ex ground as he said that was the only way to be sure it got to them....I did that Never got a refund Called twice so far about that, and they say I need my Fed Ex receipt before they can look it up I told them I did not have that handy and it would take a while for me to find it They said they could look it up that Monday Called on Tuesday and he still had not looked for it Called again on Wednesday and a female answered and said she would look around They have my address on file from my order Did not sound too convincing they really would look I know it was delivered as I remember looking it up on tracking after I sent it....just can not locate my Fed ex tracking number currently Seems like a Mom and Pop store and they don't seem to happy to refund based on their current online requirements I have calls into them and so far no one has called back to tell me they have my returned unit, yet I know that they do Still waiting on a refund
