Mr [redacted] inspected my home for the buyerThe buyer in turn asked me to have several issues fixed before they would agree to purchaseissues were resolvedmore were found to be of no concernThe problem is to have a professional make a house call costs real money$was lost due to an HVAC tech coming out to report no issue with the AC/Furnace in the atticMr [redacted] reported the drip pan full and about to start draining onto the ceilingIt was so potentially harmful the buyers realtor contacted my realtor who warned meI went into the attic and found a very small amount of water near the pvc line from the unit to the outdoorsA cardboard box with unit instructions was actually left in the middle of the pan by the installer and showed no signs of water damage Mr [redacted] also said the garage door failed to revers
