I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I take issue with MrMcCauley's statement that he "reached out to me" several times to try to resolve the scheduling issues with my tenants The very crux of my complaint with MrMcCauley rests in the fact that I did all of the reaching out MrMcCauley could have avoided this Revdex.com complaint if he had just been communicative with me, but several times, weeks would go by without me hearing from him after I would reach out to him This caused me to wonder if I was ever going to see my $1,again I tried numerous times to bring and end to the problems we were having by asking for my deposit to be returnedWhen I would hear from him, he kept assuring me that he would be starting the job shortly.All of this doesn't matter now because MrMcCauley has finally returned my $1,and the check has cleared the bank I am satisfied as far as my complaint with the Revdex.com is concerned.Thank you very much for your help in resolving this matter.*** ***

made up, it didn't fit with the renter’s schedule.   I tried several times to stock the project w/materials, but again that didn’t fit their schedule either.  With several attempts to start the project, at this point in time, I decided to reach out to [redacted] and let him know that we (renter and I) couldn't come to an agreement as to when to start the project and therefore the down payment we had received, was returned in full to [redacted].  [redacted] and I have done business in the past and there are no hard feelings.  [redacted] fully understood the situation.
