First of all, I am so sorry that you have been feeling this way as I work to always have clear communication with all my patientsI was not in the office when you came on 12/11/2017, and I left you messages that evening from my home phone to resolve the issueI informed my staff then to refund the disputed amount, and it seems as if miscommunication resultedMy staff tells me that they did get in touch with you before I received this formal complaint (2/6/2018) and that the matter has already been resolved(Possibly in the past week) Some insurance companies are difficult to communicate with, and we do our best to communicate with them and our patientsOn our end, they may ask for extra information on the case while they send you a letter that says something differentIn the future, if you are unhappy with our service or need clarity over a billing matter, I am happy to speak with you directlyI will also discuss new ways for my staff to communicate and resolve issues as they arisePlease call our office if you have any further questionsThank you!

I have received my refund Thanks so much to the Revdex.com of Washington and ATTORNEY GENERAL OF WASHINGTON Consumer Protection Division And thank you for legal advice I got from many people Without these two agencies helping me after I file a complaint, the dental office will never refund my money I never want to do this and it was my first time Don't think it will never happen to you, I think that to, look what happened to me I was in hell

I am rejecting this response because: what they are saying is not true at all All I want was my Refund because they make me overpaid And all I got was no, no refund we did the service and we will contact the insurance to make them pay They never call me back I have to call them all the time I went to their office and ask for my money back and they said NO in front of everyone I was so embarrassed and humiliated I file a complaint on Saturday, and you call me for the first time on Monday to refund my money Now I am just ***ting for my money to arrive

Good morning,We've had trouble getting in touch with you the past couple of days, but as far as I can see, you have received your refund and deposited the money. I hope this resolution is acceptable, and I apologize again for the miscommunication and for you feeling embarrassed during the process. This is never my intention with any patient.
