In reviewing the complaint and checking with our office staff these are our findings. The current tenant just moved out - therefore a make ready has not taken place yet The future tenant has a move in date of March 31, 2018. The issues at the property are all repairs that
can and will be completed within days. These are cosmetics and cleaning issues. Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. We are not sure we understand why the tenant sent this to the Revdex.com as we haven't had a chance to communicate with the tenant. By all means we will refund her fees as this will not be a good fit for either party. Thank you,*** *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We are definitely not a fit for I need a place where I can have confidence in it. You are clearly not the place for me. I will come collect my fees.
