My dryer was giving an error code that indicated that the control board was in troubleI ordered a control board that costed me plus taxes and DeliveryThis did not solve the issue with my dryer so I put it back in the box to be resendI explained the situation to the agent that I installed it and that it was removedHe warned me that it would not be refundable if there were scratches and showing signs of being used and it did notHe send me the return kitNow, they would not refund me because they said it was installed( as I mentioned to them) and they refused to send me back the partNow I do not have the part that I paid for (will they resell it) and they do not want to refund me
On March 10, I called Parts Select to order an on/off switch for my dryer The gentleman I spoke with said he located the part and it was a turn type switch I told him the part I needed was a push button typeHe then said Oh this IS a push button switch He took my credit card info
for for the part and $for the shipping or a total of $ The part arrived right away and as soon as I opened the package I could see it was not a push button type and would not even fit on my dryer I then placed it back in the box and called Parts Select on March 14th to get a return number as they advertise returns on their website I spoke with a Lisa Snow and she gave me the return info and sent me a confirmation e-mail The return postage was $and they received it back on March 16, at 10:am To date I have not been issued a refund for the part
