Unfortunately [redacted] does not offer an alternative dry cleaner ( [redacted] and McCleaners are owned by the same person and use the same facility) Over the last year the quality of their pressing of suits and dress shirts [redacted] an estimate of 50-60% of my items needing to be repressed You would think ownership would care as it would dig into their bottom line, but the perception is they don't
