To Whom it may concern, [redacted] signed a year contract which goes open end until cancelledWe keep records of all cancellations as stated in contracts either written notice in person which we put into are computer system or via emailThere are no records of this member cancellingAlso as stated in contract that he signed there is a cancellation fee for early termination which he did not pay at time of cancellation that he says which he would of known about if he tried to cancel as he said His year contract just ended a year and half ago and again they all go open end after that on 2/20/16/ At first he said three years as his first response and then years .Simply put please read the year agreement he signed and was given a copy of and now does not want to take responsibility for.his agreement and actionsThank you very much and have a great day

I went into the office to cancel my memebership Why did you not call me months after I had not made any payments to tell me I hadn't cancelled my membership when In fact I did Why didn't you contact me year after I was supposedly late on payments Why didn't you contact me years? You are lying and trying to steal from me and will not get a dime If you had contacted me in a reasonable amount of time I would try to resolve the issue, you are trying to gouge me for money almost Later, good luck!
