This complaint is totally unwarranted this customer whom I met I honestly did this job at $2,800 they had a little bit replacement siding and I dropped the job to 2000 because of her status of being recently widowed as well as I told them directly I would reuse some of the siding on the house that...

was in relatively good condition the damage was from a woodpecker and water damage the damage was significant on the upper levels of the chimney which were at 30 feet high after the first day my assistant broke his arm by falling off a ladder I was there everyday except for a holiday when V owner as well as her son and daughter-in-law would see this job everyday and I would tell them what was done I also did extra work at their house there was an actual live woodpecker in the chimney which caused me to have to delay the job for 24 days as we had to remove him this job was started on a Wednesday and the following Wednesday because of all the rain that the storms the customer son called me and his words to me were why the fk aren't you finished and at that point the whole transaction went South he was very rude very unprofessional and very confrontational and I told him that I did not deserve that because I've been working very hard on this job there were three boards that needed to be changed towards the top which I had not made it that high yet and they were fixated on those three boards missing all the other work that has been done I think it was a ruse to not pay to be honest with you they have slandered behind me and everything else when all I tried to do was assist in this project I did not take their money I did not steal from them I did not not perform the work they are very ungrateful selfish people and I am not concerned how they choose to malign me or offer bad comments.  It is amazing to me that they saw this job every day and had nothing to say about it until the day it wasn't completed when they wanted it done then all the sudden it was horrible it was bad it was an issue.  I spent five and a half days on a job that I told him to take three to four days with the consideration that there was weather issues I have lost Personnel I was there everyday working these are just very ungrateful selfish people I will not return the money because I did the work they are trying to get out of pain and there's nothing wrong with that job up to the point of where I had worked

This is not a job that was done by my company the customer did contact me although and I found out it was a roofing crew that illegally used my name and license I contacted the crew and I told the customer that I will finish the roof for her

I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] had an opportunity to look at the job BEFORE he contracted to do the job, if it was too big of a job he should have turned it down but instead he accepted it and than he made a mess of my home. He brought women to my home supposedly to work and instead they were playing with a dog they brought along ( honestly who brings a dog to a work site).  Because [redacted] kept leaving the job site and nothing was getting done I kept a daily log of what went on day after day. I want my $1800 and if he doesn't return it I have no problem filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office as well as Elder Care and they do not take situation involving senior citizens lightly.I have attached pictures that show that unprofessional work that was done. I'd like to know why [redacted] thinks this job was done properly.Sincerely,
