This response is in reference to ID #***Our shop certainly never gave our customer any incorrect information purposelyThe Vehicle battery had gone dead several times during the course of the repair but was jump started in the shop areaThe office administration was not aware of this and
only shared the information given when the vehicle was brought to the office .for deliveryMost likely, it is the original battery that came on the vehicle and was in a weakened conditionHowever, we did not communicate effectively with our customerAs a gesture of goodwill, we are sending the customer a check to cover the expense of the battery and an apology that we did not communicate as well as we would have liked

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
