Review: I purchased a fireplace and 2 items as part of the fireplace, included in the contract, were broken upon delivery and one was completely mispacked. One item, a stacked limestone ceramic fiber fireplace liner was broken and destroyed upon delivery. Also, a mispacked item, a [redacted], was delivered incomplete with missing components. Actually, only 1 out of 6 or 8 components were actuate as to the included packing slip.Desired Settlement: Refund of amount paid for Stacked limestone ceramic fiber liner
