To whom it may concern:The patient is correct in that the insurance did pay and the patient responsibility was $Our last letter to the patient was on 8-12-Mr [redacted] called our office on 8-17-to discuss the account, and Mrs [redacted] called our office on 8-19-and paid the account in full for $Our office is open hours a week with both morning and evening hoursThere is an answering machine for messages that is checked Monday through FridayI cannot say why Mr [redacted] was not able to reach us.Thank You, Cindy S***
