We were unable to link this complaint to any name in our management system. Perhaps there was a different name on the claim? That is why we previously stated that a member of our management team would be in contact with you soonCan you please confirm the name on your final paperwork and a repair order number?

There is no record of an oil change being performed on our endAll work performed on all of our customers vehicles are recorded in our management system Additionally, your vehicle was in for collision repair, not mechanical or maintenance Vehicles that come in to our facility
for collision work do not get a full mechanical inspection with fluids checked or topped off unless the collision damage indicated it was necessaryWe did not do an oil change on your vehicle. The collision repairs performed to your vehicle were done to the right rear area of the car We do not owe you for a motor replacement Furthermore, the repairs were completed and the car was delivered back to you on 11/10/ You stated that the car broke down two and a half weeks later, which would be around the 28th of NovemberWhy are we now just hearing about this months later?

Dave S[redacted], owner or Auto Damage Experts in Beaverton, Oregon called last September and informed management at McCollum Auto Body that he was doing a reinspection of the work perfomed on [redacted] Hyundai Sonata.  He stated there were two concerns that needed to be addressed.  First,...

was a component that was replaced had some light corrosion beginning to form and he recommended that it be replaced a second time, only this time using a cavity wax on it as a form of corrosion protection to prevent the scenario from happening again.  Secondly, he mentioned a drivability concern that the vehicle owner had expressed to him.  Dave Smith said that he drove and inspected the vehicle in regards to this concern, but there was no problem found.  [redacted] vehicle was immediately picked up at Auto Damage Experts and [redacted] was supplied a personal vehicle of one of the owners at McCollum Auto Body to use while his repair concerns were being addressed.  McCollum Auto Body replaced the part with the corrosion concerns, but much like Auto Damage Experts, were unable to find a drivability problem.  On October 6th, [redacted] was contacted by McCollum Auto Body and informed of this.  [redacted] expressed that he wanted a third opinion and requested that his vehicle be taken to Ron Tonkin Hyundai Gladstone.  Karen H[redacted], service advisor at Ron Tonkin stated that they couldn’t find any problems with the vehicle.  Per Karen, [redacted] vehicle was at the dealership nearly two months before he finally picked it up. The final diagnosis from the dealer was “no problem found.”

Thank you for your reply. Like I have said in the initial complaint, there is nothing to do with the repair claim itself.I am filing complaint regarding the damage to battery caused by your shop during cosmetic repair on the rear bumper. I believe that there is no record about this incident because the manager or associate whom I spoke at the incident insisted that you were not responsible and refused to replace, so she did not leave any record of it.  However, if you would like to an evidence that my vehicle was at your shop, please check the below.  My 2014 Sienna was for repair scheduled on 12/12/17 at 1:30pm, with [redacted] claim: [redacted] Thank you,[redacted]
