Thank you so much for looking into my concerns against my apartment complex, a tad disappointed that nothing can be done about the water damages on my vehicle but I guess it's fine...
Review: So as of lately I have been having a reoccurring issue with my next door neighbor/fellow tenant of my apartment complex, this neighbor for months now has been harassing me, taking video footage of me, verbally assaulting me and nothing from the management team of this complex has done anything to resolve it. The head manager [redacted] had instructed me to contact the on site security, who then comes out and literally does nothing, suggests that I contact local authorities, law enforcement gets contacted, then insists that I talk to the manager in charge of the complex to review the lease terms and "rules" tenants need to abide by... Apparently my neighbor is breaking several rules of conduct and at any given night can be seen or heard being a belligerent drunk... [redacted] apparently told me she will take it up with her upper management, but that was nearly a month ago and still nothing is being done about my problem neighbor... She poses as absolute no help to me or quite possibly other tenants with issues...
Just recently a water sprinkler broke near my car port and in return became a geyser of sewage water that in return left gallons of still hard water spots all over my $75,000 vehicle... Pictures were taken and broken sprinkler was confirmed with [redacted], I demanded compensation for a complete exterior vehicle detail to remove these hard water spots, was told by her she could not authorize that, told me to call a 1-800 complaint hotline, it's been three days now with no return call... I even went as far as leaving a bad Yelp review warning others to not move in, [redacted] the manager seems to "not care" at all and just goes about her daily routines of doing literally nothing...Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] the "manager" of my complex to compensate me for a vehicle detail which should cost anywhere from $300-400... Something I shouldn't have to pay for when my vehicle got damaged on McComber Creek Apartments property, more specifically the broken sprinkler next to my car port.
