Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not recall signing a rebate form because I was never told about a rebateI thought the down payment was coming from the hundred dollar traof my Tundradollars coming straight to me and going towards the down paymenti did not receive a call from the finance manager and I do not have any messages on my phonei do know I asked Mr [redacted] to have a manager call mei also know I cannot compete with car sales people because they do this for a livingI also know there is such a thing as professionalism and integrity which seems lacking in this transaction Regards, [redacted]

The Sienna was purchase on 10/09/2014, three weeks ago
There was a miscommunicate with the Finance manager, *** *** who was
misinformed about the rebate, but the Guft States Toyota rebate form that the
customer signed clearly states the stipulations and rules of rebate. I have
attached the signed GST Incentive form
the customer signed which clearly states it will take to weeks from the receipt
of the request for delivery of customers check
This has been explained repeatedly to the customer who
is demanding his money from Red McCombs Toyota which is out of our control and
managed by the manufacturing company, Toyota Motor Sales. The check comes directly from Toyota Motor
Sales to the customer which completely keeps us of having any control over the
paying process of manufacture’s rebate
The Finance Director, *** *** called Mr*** @
###-###-#### on 10/29/and left messageCustomer has not return call

We have spoken to *** *** and are working on resolution

The maintance plan purchased was for the scheduled services on the vehicle up to 36k milesGive me a call though and we will homor the other oil changes from the delaershipI will need to set up an owners loyalty account for you to access them

Good afternoon [redacted], I am responding to the complaint below. We did have the customer bring the vehicle to our facility for repair and sent the vehicle to the Jeep dealership for them. The mechanical issue they had was under warranty and as far as we know it has all been resolved. If the vehicle is still having an issue we need to get it back into the dealership and have it looked at.

Have the customer reach out to me and we can discuss. We cannot refund a down payment but if this was a pre-existing issue we will deal with this problem.

I am rejecting this response because:  i do not recall signing a rebate form because I was never told about a rebate. I thought the down payment was coming from the 8500 hundred dollar trade-in of my Tundra. 1000 dollars coming straight to me and 7500 going towards the down payment. I did not receive a call from the finance manager and I do not have any messages on my phone. I do know I asked Mr. [redacted] to have a manager call me. I also know I cannot compete with car sales people because they do this for a living. I also know there is such a thing as professionalism and integrity which seems lacking in this transaction

I am rejecting this response because:I've contacted your company several times regarding this issue that I'm still having...

till this day. It just gets sent to service and I don't have the money to keep paying for them to tell me what they think is wrong with the jeep.
