Thank you for the opportunity to help in this situation. I believe this matter to be closed as pertaining to the Revdex.com due to Mrs*** has settled the situation with Allison who is the store’s manager as well as her personal salesperson. I understand Mrs*** agreed to pay
balance but make us wait four weeks to receive it. Allison made notes of conversation writing “Talked with *** today and she said we will be getting the payment in weeks since she had to wait that long to get the materialShe said she has no problem paying but will not pay for weeks as she feels we made her wait that long to get her carpet2/22/alm” I appreciate Mrs*** frustration and have not argued to the time of payment but we do not control the manufacturing of the carpet. In-stock carpet was offered to complete the job immediately as that was all we could offer at that timeThat understandably was refused as it was not what she ordered. We installed correct carpet promptly once we received it from the mill. Situations as this are rare and disappointing to the consumer but we feel we worked in good faith to respond to the situation as quickly as it was possible for us to. I have provided Mohawk Carpet’s documentation showing we reordered material on 01/15/and received it into McCool’s Kokomo warehouse on 02/10/We then promptly installed the carpet on 02/11/as stated in Mrs*** letter. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond. It is our hope that our length of time in business and maintaining an A+ rating will help speak to the fact we respect our customers and always want to resolve any situation quickly as we feel we have done with this.
